Larry SSo I was late dropping off due to the extra amount of driving. Explained it to them and apologized. She says it's ok. She understands and will have someone look at the truck. Apologized for the experience thus far and said she would make sure to check me in on time so I didn't get dinged for another day. Which made this a little better. Then she went and checked me in late at the time I arrived. Which is kinda f'd up dontcha think? That's a bad representation of the brand. The facility had crap eeeevvvvveeeeerrrrryyyewhere inside. It was like a hoarder had moved in. Both associates were just sitting on their phones. Never even looked up to acknowledge me until I asked where to put the keys. No post trip (I did my own) nothing. Just lies and false claims. This whole experience was the worst I've had with any company. Im not some big account that will hurt you losing my business. But it still needs to be addressed because what if I was? I would pull all funding over this one.

Brian AMaybe make the check in website easier for the people trying get the people checked in. My pick up location was awesome and so were the people working there.

Richard CI needed a rental to go to the next town. She gave me 25 miles...which for a 150.00 was clearly not enough. I didnt go any extra places and still ended up paying $12.00 for 11 more miles. Need to better calculate mileage.
