I ordered and paid for an appliance dolly but it was not in the truck when I went to pick it up. Unfortunately, no one was at the location when I was there so I tried to call the number listed but was not able to get through, but I was able to send a text. I really needed that dolly so I went to another UHaul location and they were able to lend one to me free of charge. If they were not able to do that I would have had to go buy one in order to move the items while I had the truck.
