I picked up Wednesday in the morning 10 AM and was told that I was being charged a day over 12 hours so every 12 hours I was being charged another day that doesn’t seem right. I end up my stuff that I moved. Somebody had broken in and they destroyed a lot of my stuff so it took me twice as long. I thought I would clear out two units, but I only got one and it was a mess so I got it back in Friday morning and I haven’t looked at, but I was told that I was charged every 12 hours I was charged a day you need to. I think that needs to be corrected. You’ve got my paperwork through you. I’d appreciate it if you would straighten it out for me That again slipped behind the wheel twice and I’m just I’m 70 years old and I’m just catching up being back to somewhat of a normal day, please respond thank you.

MARK DOrdered a 20' truck with appliance dolly and there was a utility dolly only. Notified of the situation and was sent on wild goose chase to get the appliance dolly 20 miles later and 2 hrs behind finally got a dolly. The uhaul had 4" of snow and ice was in back lot and partially blocked in. by a semi and tractor. Received no paperwork at all. Office was dirty. Would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
Lisa Dparking the truck was difficult. While not overly threatening, there were 4 dogs that approached me barking with no one controlling them.

JAMES SReturns U-Haul on time. I received a withdrawal of 348$ stating that I didn’t return on time. Wouldn’t recommend this location if it were the last truck rental on earth. You shouldn’t let just anybody represent your company.
CLINTON SFinding the U-Haul was difficult for no contact check in.
Sam MOnly negative was that the vehicle had very little fuel. Only 23 miles according to the dashboard. Had to go to the gas station first.
Michael SCheckout process was quick and went smoothly. This location is primarily a truck repair facility, so it is very spartan in appearance.
JEFFREY EGetting paperwork and uploading files was a little difficult. It took a long time to get everything handled. Got there at 910 am and didnt get uhaul and leave until 950 am. Never took that long to rent before.
DAVE TThe problem is you not your locations of pick up or drop off. Yo0u lie about your rates. I will never use your equipment again I will go and buy what ever I( need next time. And I am telling everyone how you operate.
