This location it’s much better than the location on Detroit Avenue near Glendale. Everything is very quick. You don’t have to take five pictures before you start. They have that already all done and Detroit ave you have to do everything yourself.

It was dropped off after hours so we did not go inside and we don’t know anything about the personnel, but it forced me to put an option
JOHN MThis is the second time i rented a trailer and not taken the insurance on my reservation. When i go and pick it up they always put the insurance on it, without asking me! Then i have to go through trying to get a refund for the insurance i never wanted to begin with.
MICHAEL STeam member at check in was pleasant and helpful. I returned equipment after hours and navigating the website for return was a little cumbersome the first time through. I am sure, next time will be easier.
BRIAN MThe U-Haul had some kind of oil in the bottom of it and my husband had to spend over an hour cleaning it. It also had not been swept out. The people at Langes were very nice and helpful, but it was frustrating to spend to much time having to clean the vehicle.
RANDAL MThe gentleman who checked us out wasn’t clear on using the app to check in and out. He said we could check out using our phone but failed to mention we needed to check in before we left. Therefore I couldn’t , “save the $20” because I was charged a day rather than a few hours.
MICHAEL PNot happy so I go in on Wednesday to order a truck for Sunday not open on Sunday. Go in on Saturday to pay for it leave the truck there until Sunday when I did it. Use it for a few hours put $ 18.00 worth of gas in it when I returned the truck. Get my bill and it’s 184.44 if I knew I was going to get charged for 2 days I most likely would have not rented from you. Would have looked for something else. So in short 29.95 truck, 10.00 hand cart, and mileage cost me 184.44. That’s not good business. Plus I only used for a few hours on Sunday. Can’t say right now that I will be a return customer. ( NOT HAPPY )

Trevor FCustomer service was nice. But I don’t know if it was on the corporate end or this location end. I picked up the truck with 3/8ths of a tank and returned it with more than 3/8ths of a tank. I was charged for gas even tho I returned it with more gas than I received it. This has happened more than once to me and it’s tiresome to keep having to call Uhal for the reimbursement of my money. I love these satellite locations but I don’t know who’s in charge of cleaning the truck but they are always dirty. I always end up cleaning the steering wheel, cup holders and seats because they are sticky.
TAAH-SHEE FMake the app easier to use. The main issue I had was I couldn't upload one photo to the dispatch link and the link refreshed without any changes saved. The link ultimately timed out before I could submit my responses. Uhaul corporate customer service was less than helpful and abrupt in ending the call.
CHRISTOPHER HTruck Engine Light was on!! Need Service?? When a Customer makes a Reservation and requests certain additional supplies and then the Truck is not equipped with items. Failure!! Failure!! Bad Service!! I am a Professional Mover with no pads!!! Makes me Look Bad!!! So you get a bad Review!!

GABRIEL SI was charged a $20.00 after hours fee even though I returned my rental a few hours after renting it and I didn't have it for 24 hours. They are a limited hours location and should not be charging fees when they no they won't be open
JILL Wthe check in process was not easy. It took us 45 minutes to get the vehicle once we arrived.
Michael ZI talked to the facility about potentially being past longer than 1 day. He agreed it would be fine. Then after having truck for 25 hours I get 3 phone call, several nasty texts about “ potential STOLEN EQUIPMENT. If you need it back call me a let me know, or ask what my plans are before renting it out and sending me nasty messages. Rental place was great, but national scheduling needs retooled.

todd bMan behind the counter was not friendly and I was initially given the wrong truck for the key issued. I felt like I was not a priority.
Laurie SThe wrong key was in the lock box and it took almost an hour on the phone to get the right key for my rental. That took time out of my rental period. Plus the flimsy tie on the dolly broke off when we bumped it moving things in and out so I had to pay for that rental although we never used it. Wasn’t the best experience overall. I did enjoy the ability to utilize the pickup and drop off through the app, although it timed out on me twice and then I couldn’t get back in to finalize the process so I had to call back again.
Laurie BNo personnel involved with the drop off - we did it after hours. Need to add N/A to the option. Regarding the uhaul app for the return - I was expecting a “confirmation” that my pictures provided were accepted and completed the return process successfully.
David BOn the vehicle I leased, A running board would have been nice in order to get into the cab for as a handicap person, It was a little difficult getting into it. The counter Person, Chris, was great. He was able to answer all my questions and was very thorough Making sure everything was complete and needed for me for the day.

Toby DTransmission was not maintain. Transmission would not shift into. 2nd without Hitting.4000rpms. 3rd. gear was 3k-3.5k before shifting. Plus programming the truck to be in tow mode every time you started the truck. Not only is it Annoying, but trying to remember to shut it off every time you start it, if you forget to shut it off that would cause of mpg to be lowerd. Staff was great !!!
JASON GI would not recommend this site to rent from. When i dropped off the trailer, i was told to pull in the back and disconnect the trailer myself! I never had to disconnect a trailer myself before and then man handle the trailer in a storage spot!

Christine HI picked up the truck at 10:00 am on 03/16/24 and returned it at 12:45pm on the same day. The office was closed although posted hours indicated they were open until 6:00pm. Self return process through the app did not work so I was unable to complete the self return. Another customer returning a truck had the same problem.

Mike NThe truck was parked much to close to the next vehicle which made it hard to open drivers door to enter. Nothing to do with the location but the online check in process was horrible. Took way too long, both app and website kept freezing. So many hoops to jump through, all of which could be done with much ease at reservation rather than rental time. I’ll think long and hard about using UHaul again.

Ryan BWasn’t sure where to put my key when returning. U-Haul provided no direction other than showing me a picture of a U-Haul drop box, which I couldn’t find at this location. But I just threw it in the lockbox I got the key from. All in all quick and easy.
