For the most part, the app worked. I couldn't get photos to upload and that threatened to undo the whole day. I called, but support wasn't available for at least an hour, which I couldn't waste. Finally, I shut down the app and restarted the process of picking up my truck. It worked after quitting the app.
Michael WMy only complaint was the equipment in the back taking up space. I couldn’t bring my own as well so was forced into breaking the seal and paying $20 to use equipment I didn’t need. Everything else was great
