Very upset for my charges. I rented the U-Haul for 2 hours on a Sunday. Made it back before my time. I was charged total $70 for this. Drop off was not easy and the rates that I was charged are very concerning. I will be calling into the place I rented the U-Haul from by tomorrow. I plan on disputing charges. Definitely will not do again.

kevin bThe trucks were parked a little too close together so it was very difficult to get inside the cab. Otherwise everything was great, easy to use and quick. The check-in process always seems to struggle with capturing and utilizing the pre-rental photos but that has yet to cause any real problem as long as the one with the license plate goes through it works fine.
