Rented truck tt2028m it has serious steering issues. The right side mirror is glued so you cannot adjust, making backing and lane changes very difficult. The lock box to get key was not marked and lock is not in a good position to put in code. Had to call customer service to get truck and also to turn truck back in.

CHERYL CThe location was fine but the check-in procedure was unbelievably difficult. After several calls to the Support Line, the third person finally acknowledged that "the app hasn't been working" and said to use a web browser. After going through the process of logging in AGAIN, I was unable to get location setting granted so another call to Support Line where I was instructed to use SAFARI web browser. Why couldn't the last person have said that?!? It was a frustrating process.
