Everything was great even the manager who helped me was nice.
SELINA AExcellent customer service! The office is also very clean and staff is friendly snd professional! I only use this location for rentals unless they absolutey do not t have a truck available that I need. But usually I will wait for a truck thru this location .

dennis aThey gave me a vehicle that just got dropped off without inspecting it. I drove a 15 miles radius in total but they charged me for 90 miles. Moreover, the vehicle they gave me didn’t have nearly enough air in the tire. And to make matters worse the lady that works there is very condescending and unprofessional.

Leigh JI made a reservation for a 10’ when I got there to pick it up they told me they only had one truck but tire was flat so they told me I should go down the street and fill it up with air. Then when I came back to pick up my car, someone parked a U-Haul truck so close to my BMW that they scratched the passenger side door so no I won’t recommend these people and I won’t use them again.

VALENTINE Nuhaul vehicle itself was great. the manager and employee working that day 7/25 9:30 am documented the gas as full. then when they went to get the vehicle they told me it was one 7/8 full and they would revise the reservation to reflect that. unfortunately that was never done which I found out when I returned the vehicle. once I left facility and was on a 6 lane highway I looked at the gas tank and actually it was 1/2 full not 7/8 full. so I photographed it as soon as I safely could. upon returning the vehicle the manager argued with me and said it was my responsibly and I should have drove back to the uhaul place to fix this matter. So they didnt do their job correctly and it was my fault? I showed the photo proving there was only 1/2 a tank at pick up and they still charged me 50$ for gas and told me they were 3rd party and I needed to take it up with Uhaul. very rude esp for a manager. She said her name was Mary but I'm not quite sure . I just cannot recommend this to anyone as I feel like it was far from professional and handled in a way that was unacceptable. customer service rating poor. I did call Uhaul and they were so helpful and are helping me fight this charge.

Paulette SThe lady at the front was outstanding ! We were supposed to pick up at 6, but managed to get in a bit earlier. She was nice, explained everything, and helped a lot. I think UHaul needs to be more explicit in the GAS Policy, as I wouldn’t have known to refill the fuel up to where we got it. As you charge for mileage, it seems exorbitant to also require gas to be refilled. Luckily I spoke to the lady at the front and she let me know . Otherwise- flawless process, truck was great, easy online functionality, and I will use this service again and recommend to everyone!!

Heather TLos empleados no deben molestarse por que los clientes lleguen a la hora de la reserva puntualmente. Si la reserva es a las 9 am y a esa hora abre la tienda, a esa hora los empleados deberían recibir a los clientes felices con una buena actitud y una sonrisa de bienvenida, y no quejándose por que llegan cuando la tienda abre y por que son varios clientes a esa misma hora. Por lo demás el servicio fue muy bueno.

SAm KI picked the uhaul truck and registered i am going to use it for 40 miles but I used it only 26 miles . When i use this truck to deliver a matress and bed from boynton beach to lake worth . When i returned it I received an email and charged the cleaning charges. I asked about the charges lady said it was all tress leaves in front passenger seat . I told her i was only one who use this truck no body even sit at front passenger seat hoe could be possible , she said you should have take pictures or notice whether the truck was cleaned when you recieved it or not . But I think they make it as a standard procedure to charge every customer in the name cleaning.

Amy GThe front desk lady just asked me to sign papers, never told me to check mileage meter or go with me.Eventually I was charged 45 miles, but I actually only drove 20 miles. I have AAA app on my phone to prove it, but she won’t even look at it.

Michael DThe outside doors do not have a door stopper so it’s very inconveinent when moving heavy furniture. You need to maneuver your furniture while holding the door from closing with your foot. That would be a huge improvement
Carlos NLatasha is an Excellent representative for your company. She was knowledgeable and helpful even when I thought I had to use a different location. She maintained her professionalism and continued to help me. Luckily I ended up using her location it was easy and the office personnel were extremely helpful.
