I have been at this location for over 3 years , I almost moved my unit out of this location due to many issues with the staff , they have changed hands & the staff is amazing ! Couldn't be more helpful, especially for a person who has never rented a storage unit or Uhal by yourself !!! Fast convinet, & ypu dont have to deal with the drop paper work , drop the keys in the box & go!
ANGELA FThe only thing I would have to say is trying to open the lockbox was very difficult and took over a half hour. However the guy that was helping us was named Jordan and he was super friendly.
Roseann FThe young lady that was there the morning of pick up was a doll . I unfortunately made a reservation for a 10’ truck and realized that it was going to be too small , but she managed to help me and get a bigger truck and saved my day especially being I flew from another state to take a one way U-Haul back . Thank you !
