Customer service was terrible. Grouchy man behind the desk. Not helpful. Short responses. Won’t go to that UHaul again.
PATRICIA FI got in an accident and I luckily took the Uhaul insurance for $15.00 Hopefully it will take care of all of the costs. We shall see.

REMIGIO NI feel as though I got ripped off on the gas. We drove less than 10 miles and the van showed one ring of gas used on the gas gauge. I filled it up and it took 3 gallons ($15). By my calculations this means the van gets a little over 3 miles to the gallon. Not likely.
