It wasn’t so much this location, but it was the hassle of going to three different U-Haul to get the truck that we had reserved two blocks from our house! And sending me to a “U-Haul dealer“ that no longer dealt U-Haul‘s was my last straw with U-Haul

ANGELA HOur repMary was courteous and helpful--no improvements needed there. Truck cab s small and difficult for tall eople like myself to enter and exit. A step assist to enter the truckk body wpould be helpful. Again, difficult to step up to high bumber and truck body.
