why would you let someone rent something and then not provide it? This has occurred nearly every time I have rented from you. This time I rented 3 dozen blankets, a stand-up dolly and a square dolly. I was given 6 blankets and a stand-up dolly, and the location couldn't help me. They said go to another store. If you go to another store, you have to also return it to that second store. This is not efficient.

PATRICIA FI got in an accident and I luckily took the Uhaul insurance for $15.00 Hopefully it will take care of all of the costs. We shall see.
