Maybe follow up with calls and emails... to date no one responded to me as of October 1 Dear uhaul, I had a confirmation set up for Friday September 29 received confirmation info to pick up at Boynton beach center. When I arrived at Boynton beach location they did not have my confirmation in the system and were very unhelpful as what they could provide. I looked up 1800 number for uhaul and was transferred several times for over 2 hours while I explained I needed a truck tonight since I had to move that night and had movers waiting which were already paid. I asked to speak to a manager they would not transfer me, they said Joshua won't pick up. What kind of call center doesn't allow you to speak to a manager? That is not okay or justifiable. They customer service agent then stated o I see that your confirmation is tonight and I said I know so Where is the truck? She proceeded to say it was at lantana location which would close in 5 min. I asked can you contact that location for me to let them know I can drive there? She stated she would not and would not provide the manager name at location. After requesting speak to manager again she hung up. I called back 4xs more was transferred and hung up on. Please listen to all the recordings. Do to this I inquired mover cost and late move out fees. I picked up the truck next morning and they charged a different quote and over charged for a dolly I want this justified immediately. We had a big job to do this last weekend. We were notified last minute, ten pm on Friday night, and needed a truck the next morning, YIKES!!! I WENT ON LINE found this location 2 miles away from job site, booked on line, at llpm and picked up at 9am the next morning. The staff was very helpful and we were at the job site at 9:30, LESS than twelve hours after receiving the initial call for the job. We did the job and returned the truck, so yes, I am very happy, thank you!!!

The employee was a women and could not hook up the trailer. Had to do it myself with the help of another customer. Also would like to note the trailer lights did not work when it got dark except for turn signals and brake lights. Had to run 4 ways and caused me to get a hotel one extra night for $80 due to I could not stand the clickng of the 4 ways for more than two hours. Had to stop a scond night do to this problem. Not happy. I told the guy at the drop off point over the phone about the lights.

Clean out the truck. I was unable to drop the key off; it wouldn’t fit in the slot designated for keys. I was not told that 6pm (my drop off time) was the branch closing time and I was a few minutes late from getting gas.

Check the mileage allowance. I wasn't given enough mileage to cover my trip from door to door. Then you figure you have to pick up the truck and drop it off and/or put gas in it. You'll pay more than what is advertised.

Not very happy. I was charged 16 dollars for gas when I filled the tank up and left it where I got it. The truck was so old windows wouldn't stop rattling. Had trouble getting the ramp out. Definitely was not worth the money. Will use budget next time.
