The employee was 10 minutes late and then was in parking lot taking longer to open door. The truck ran terrible and hardly started, for what I paid it was way over priced!!

Need enclosed trailers with wedge in front of them. Square faced trailers suck too much fuel. Also need taller trailers. Unable to move some of the items because they are too short height wise.

The storage facility was damp. They apparently have not had a furnace working for a year and no guarantees they would have the furnace working by this winter. Meanwhile, thinking that won't be a problem - the storage rooms are below ground level and without moving air had a dampness to the walls and stale air -- thus, this was no better than the barn I have on my property. Very disappointing.

We were treated very well in both Michigan where we got the truck and Arizona where we dropped off the truck. The trucks just need cruise. I have short legs. Lol

This location was great! Very nice and helpful. The app is pretty problematic. Every picture I took of the dash looked fine but when uploaded it turned black. After trying to submit exterior photos the app crashed and completed the checkout process without half the pictures. The overall experience of check in and out with the app was exhaustive in ways it didn’t need to be. See above comments on needing to locate the truck before having to go inside and get the key anyway.

I understand that there are reasons uhal does certain things but maybe let a customer know they should arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to picking up their vehicle do to all of the things they need to do to obtain the truck if the company is closed. Very much of an inconvenience and having to wait 30 minutes just to speak with someone at uhail.

The only issue was performing the self-check-out using the app. Overall, the service and equipment were excellent! The contact person that assisted me when I was experiencing problems performing the self-check-out when above and beyond assisting me through the process.

Heat has been broken for two years with multiple calls to have it fixed. Overhead door does not work properly and has been in that condition for months with multiple requests for repair. Office hours are not consistent with office workers.

The wording in the paperwork are to small you cant even read it. And employs sont check you truck in with you when you return it they tell you theyll check it out and email you when there done any other uhaul check the truck before u leave i had to clean it before i left with it and i cleaned it before i took it back

The HEATED unit I was renting froze Hundreds of dollars worth of damage. The entry door to the unit has a window that was missing and covered with cardboard. The office staff was great, no issues there. Definitely did not receive what I had paid for.
