Scott Pi understand i went over the mileage but i left extra gas roughly (45) extra miles and that should of covered the extra mileage i’ve driven so i feel i lost money
Robert BThe customer service was great. The vehicle was great. Getting checked in on the uhaul app/computer at the service desk were sub par. I was unable to load vehicle photos through the uhaul app. That needs to be fixed at the corporate level.
