Pam MMy truck was given to someone else and my card was charged over $300!!! Was not able to get any assistance from anyone and I was refused a refund. I had to rent a different truck and drive out of my way to pick it up and drop it off, so I had to pay more money for the mileage. I have NEVER experienced something like this, where a business messes up and refused to fix the problem! I will not be using your services again.

DRIVER LWe reserved a 26' truck, but the customer before us did not return the truck in time and we were not able to get the truck we requested. But our location was able to provide us with a 20' truck.

Patty LThe truck was at a feed store.. when we went to ckbthe truck, the cargo are was dirty.. I started the truck and oil light was on.. I shut truck off and cked the oil. There was any on the dip stick... had to leave and get oil.. put 2 qts in and still wasn't enough. Had to put 2.5 more. That's 4.5 qts low... those folks had no business renting those truck if there not gonna ck them out, and make them road worthy for customers..
