They were closed. I was a little concerned about leaving the trailer outside the fence as instructed. I was able to Lift trailer off my hitch without any problems. Location was close and convenient to my destination. Level plowed area. Appreciated.
ANDY T.I was very upset that the hitch coupler came off the ball when I attempted to pull the car up onto the trailer! The tongue nearly hit someone when it flew up and hopefully the safety chains did no damage my Suburban. The local dealer said it was due to a broken part on the trailer. I managed to find a pin to put in it and make it home but did not feel safe. Id like a refund and an apology

Nicholas W.This truck had 63,000 miles on it. The steering and alignment were horrible. It was hard to keep driving straight. The suspension was horrible. For many highway miles, I was jolted up and down severely. Even worse in the city. The jolting caused damage to our belongings. The brakes were quite worn out. I had to practically stand on the brakes to stop from hitting someone. The transmission was horrible. Jolted from one gear to the next, stayed in low gear even at highway speeds. To top things off, I was charged an additional $9.28 for excess mileage. Impossible, because I drove directly from the start to the stated destination with no detours. How is it possible? Other than that, the price was excellent for a one-way rental.
Brian S.The letter combo box was hard to find. No where on the phone instructions did it say the keys would be locked in the back of the truck. I was looking around the front of the building for the letter lock box. Took me like 15 min to figure out the letter lock was on the back of the rental truck door.
Kevin K.Everything was great except for the process of picking up and dropping off in the U-Haul system. When I picked up the lady had to wait forever for the system to respond. Same thing on my return. It's very convenient to be able to drop off and self check in but it's ridiculous that I spent at least 10 minutes waiting on the app because each step was so slow.
Michael H.We had to come here twice. Once to get the tires filled AGAIN and then once at the end for drop off. Both times extremely helpful and kind. We had trouble returning it on the app, as we couldn't get a picture of the odometer/dash because to the tire warning signs. He was very helpful.

Joseph P.As soon as I put the vehicle in gear, I realized that something was wrong with it. I called the employee right over and told him it wasn't running properly. He assured me it was fine. I drove it home and loaded it up early the next morning. Before I was even a mile away from my apartment, it broke down. I waited two hours for a tow truck and was told no other Uhauls were available anywhere near me. The tow truck towed the Uhaul to the storage unit where I was putting my belongings, but because no other truck was available I wasn't able to make a second trip to get the other half of my belongings. I ended up hiring two guys with a pickup truck on the Next Door app and they made a couple of trips. I paid them $200. The man at the Uhaul site assured me that he would contact Uhaul about a refund. But I was emailed a receipt for the full amount. I called customer service and someone emailed me that they would give me a $30 gift certificate! That is completely unacceptable for a truck that broke down and that a replacement truck wasn't available., so I had to make expensive alternative arrangements. You can improve by making this right and refunding the amount paid for a Uhaul for 23 hours to make a COMPLETE move.
MEGHAN M.We were unable to rent a trailer in person and had to do so online. Which was rather a pain on my phone with terrible internet service in their building. Otherwise, the employees were top notch! Would highly recommend this location and workers!

Youa Bee L.Great customer service…. Showed up 1/2 before they were open … door was open and I was helped in the rain to get the trailer hitches to my truck. Drop off was similar experience as staff was very friendly and accommodating.
