How U-Haul Reviews WorkDropped off after hours.
KIM HThe only issue is I booked a 15' truck and a auto transport but when we arrived they only had the truck. We had to go to a different location and I lost my $121 discount.
BRANDY MThe location was closed, and drop off was after hours, so I cannot accurately judge the staff personnel. But by using the app, the return my rental was very easy, as was the parking at the dropoff location.
Tracy MCharges $350 for a lost key that costs $20. Called local locksmith and he said if it was allowed he could cut one for $20 but was forced my uhaul to pay x16 the price
