RICHARD PThe truck appeared in great shape, cab and outside clean. Got a warning indicator about Tire Monitoring. Just a little worrisome when you are trying to coordinate a move. Got through it with customer service so all is good. Noticed when dropping off the van a brake light was out, no clue how long that was out. Also, getting the key out of lock box 2 was very fickle/tricky.
Mike WI had issues dropping off the trailer. The computer wanted me to drop it off at a location 45 minutes away and not the closer more local U-Haul only 10 minutes away. The closer U-Haul was not even an option online. After talking with someone at the U-Haul 24/7 office, they were able to fix the error.
