The only issue is I booked a 15' truck and a auto transport but when we arrived they only had the truck. We had to go to a different location and I lost my $121 discount.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was closed, and drop off was after hours, so I cannot accurately judge the staff personnel. But by using the app, the return my rental was very easy, as was the parking at the dropoff location.
Tracy MCharges $350 for a lost key that costs $20. Called local locksmith and he said if it was allowed he could cut one for $20 but was forced my uhaul to pay x16 the price

Christine LAs we traveled text messages kept changing location of drop off location. Although there are at least 3 locations within 10 miles of our final destination and our original request and contract was to drop off with a nearby location, they eventually said we should drop off 25 miles away. We had to call main dispatcher to change to closest location. At least the regional dispatcher was very helpful, but the confusion was disturbing. When we arrived at final drop off no one was there to help with disconnect. Told by office person to back it into a spot or just drop trailer in yard. Could have used help disconnecting given weight of trailer tongue, I'm 70 with a questionable back. Made it work but not fun.
