As we traveled text messages kept changing location of drop off location. Although there are at least 3 locations within 10 miles of our final destination and our original request and contract was to drop off with a nearby location, they eventually said we should drop off 25 miles away. We had to call main dispatcher to change to closest location. At least the regional dispatcher was very helpful, but the confusion was disturbing. When we arrived at final drop off no one was there to help with disconnect. Told by office person to back it into a spot or just drop trailer in yard. Could have used help disconnecting given weight of trailer tongue, I'm 70 with a questionable back. Made it work but not fun.

First off, I was given a confirmation email of my pick up in La Crosse, WI and was advised that I would get a call to confirm my order, but was never given a call. I show up to the lacrosse location, wait for 30mins in line just to be told my pick up location is actually in Onalaska, WI. I was never once called OR emailed of this change… we finally show up to the Onalaska location, call the customer service line to get help on how to unlock the key box. We go through a very long process of unlocking this key box, and when we finally receive the keys, we go in and check to see if we were given a utility dolly as it was purchased before hand, and it was nowhere to be found. I call the cust serv line and was told I could not be refunded until after I completed the transaction and drop off the truck.. very inconvenient when you’re company is taking money and isn’t upholding to your services. As a single mother of 2 young kids and with barely no help, I really needed that dolly to help me carry my things… lastly, when we arrived at the New Brighton location to drop off our Uhaul, the key box had no lock on it to secure the key, and the Uhaul building door was locked and had a paper sign that said someone would be back at 1pm when my drop off was at 11am. I had to call cust serv line again once more and was on hold for 40mins waiting for a rep to help me. So much time, energy and money wasted with your company and I would never recommend your services to anyone. Do better!
