Called Larry on Wednesday, made pick up for Saturday morning. Very kind and helpful gentleman. Appreciated vehicle , clean and safe. Definitely will let others know, and anytime I need a rental Larry will be the pick.

Brian PI rented a 10' truck on Saturday in a hurry and did not think to verify the mileage number they told me. I was very intentional about where I took this thing because it was going to cost me quite a bit already. I went 5 miles from the dealer to my house, 21 miles to pick something up, 21 miles back and 5 more miles back to the dealer, roughly 60 miles. I got billed for twice that. When I called to dispute it, Larry just kept telling me it was what the OD said. Then he is going over the history and says it was rented back out the day I dropped off and went 60 miles. I said that sounds like my ride, but he was sure mine was the 130 miles. I have no other proof or way to dispute except complaining here. Do yourself a favor and take a picture of your milage before you leave and when you get back, CYA!

He also told us that in the event we ever need a trailer again nationwide, he would be more than happy to assist us regardless of our location. Overall pleasantly pleased with our experience. Sylvia BWhile personable, the owner came across as dishonest. He added back the insurance even though I opted out when making the reservation. When I called to complain later that day after receiving my e-mail receipt, he stated that it was my responsibility to decline it again and not his responsibility to tell me he added it back. He also claimed that he made no money on the insurance, but a quick Google AI search showed that not to be true as dealers do get commissions on rentals as well as on insurance. He said that he could call U-Haul to have it removed but it would take too long and I should handle it myself. When I did after the call, it was already taken off as he obviously took care of it after all.

Leordany VMake sure to tell them to just fill the tank to full, otherwise, you will charge them no matter what! I replaced the gas that was used but was charged for two gallons after returning the van. Van had low tire light and low washer light come on when it was started. Also, an engine light was on. I did tell them in the office when I returned the vehicle, knowing that most people would not. I maybe should have just not said anything since I got charged extra for two measly gallons of gas, but I am not like that. Two gallons does not usually move the needle for the gas tank. I feel as if I was charged for that gas unjustly. That's just my opinion. Main gentleman in the office was very pleasant and very helpful originally though.

KANSAS KThe gentleman that assisted me was very nice and hands helpful!! He even assisted me by putting the two wheeler in the truck for me, because I have severe back issues. As for the truck… it was an older truck and was fine. I didn’t have any issues with it, but it did start running really rough at the end of the day.

Jed GI had an excellent experience returning my trailer at this U-Haul location. Even though the employee was finishing up with another customer when I arrived, he helped me promptly as soon as he was done. He clearly directed me where to drive so he could safely unhook the trailer himself, which made the return process quick and stress-free. He handled everything efficiently and professionally. After we were finished, he removed his work gloves and shook my hand, which I genuinely appreciated. The entire interaction was fast, courteous, and professional, and it left a very positive impression. This is exactly the level of service I expect and hope to see at U-Haul locations.
