JANET C.Mr. Gibson was a very honest and straight forward person. I have no problem with him. My problem is with U-Haul its self. I choose a U-haul Location that was close to my house and was large location. I made my application with them, a month in advance, and was told I would pick the equipment up at that location, 15 min drive. 3 days prior I get a notice that I have to go to a new location, which was 30 to 45 minutes away from my house. Very poor customer service.

Brian N.Guy was kind of rude and impatient. Google says they closed at 5 but guy was already gone when I arrived after booking it online. Also price went up way more than what was quoted online. $19.95+ tax which should have made it no more than $30. It ended up being almost $100 to rent a truck for 1 hour to move 1 piece of furniture. Ridiculous

ELIZABETH W.I reserved a trailer with the understanding it had a wheel chock integrated. When I arrived, the trailer I had reserved and paid for did not have a chock. When I asked about the one next to it with the chock, I was told it was reserved. But it was still exactly where it was 13 hours later in the same spot. Just wish I would have gotten when I was under the impression of. I only rented at this location, because it was the only one with that specific trailer.

Jeffrey K.It would be nice if there was a light in the parking lot so we could see the ground to walk the lot and find the vehicle. It had just rained and there were lots of puddles. I wasn't sure if I was driving on grass or the asphalt. It made a huge mess on the exterior of my personal vehicle. The pickup of the vehicle took over an hour. Part of the problem was not being able to find the truck due to no lighting and then we couldn't find the keys. We ended up searching other vehicles to look for keys and found a set in a truck that wasn't assigned to us. We called to see if we could take it and we were on hold for 20 minutes. Thankfully, they let us take it. Then, the vehicle was filthy and had no gas. There was pet hair (and food) everywhere and it was even stuck to the side door where they had obviously spilled a drink (it was so sticky). I'm allergic to pets and had to clean it before being able to drive in it. Overall, we got the job done which was ultimately what we needed. But, the process for pickup and having to clean it cost us too much extra time. While it's nice being able to pick it up after hours, more of a focus on the details and making sure everything is ready to go needs improved.

We returned the dolly to the Greenfield location during off hours, and they had already signed-off on the return before I had called to tell them we had dropped off the dolly the night before. The location could use some upkeep in the lot.
