When I arrived, I was told the charge for the trailer was $14.99. After returning the trailer, and looking at my email receipt, I was charged 19.99 I called to protest, and was told, oh the price went up a month ago, and I forgot.

Nobody on site. Phone number online was no good. Had to drive there to find a good phone number on the building to call and let someone know im there.

Absolutely the best part of my move. I was off to a terrible start to my day and they really helped me out. They helped do the check out over the phone so I could just pick up the truck and go. Breath of fresh air after dealing with another location that failed to deliver on the reservation I had made. Highly recommend Thomas and his team. 10/10

My experience was quick, easy and convenient. Manger was very friendly and helpful. Would use this site again. The app however was not quite so user friendly. Needed more info on what you need to complete exactly on the precheck in wasn't clear as to what all you needed to complete. the manager was helpful and patient. Thankyou

I rented a 10' truck on Saturday in a hurry and did not think to verify the mileage number they told me. I was very intentional about where I took this thing because it was going to cost me quite a bit already. I went 5 miles from the dealer to my house, 21 miles to pick something up, 21 miles back and 5 more miles back to the dealer, roughly 60 miles. I got billed for twice that. When I called to dispute it, Larry just kept telling me it was what the OD said. Then he is going over the history and says it was rented back out the day I dropped off and went 60 miles. I said that sounds like my ride, but he was sure mine was the 130 miles. I have no other proof or way to dispute except complaining here. Do yourself a favor and take a picture of your milage before you leave and when you get back, CYA!

Awesome quick service and friendly. The gentleman who assisted us had us in and out of this unscheduled trailer rental in 15 minutes. He also told us that in the event we ever need a trailer again nationwide, he would be more than happy to assist us regardless of our location. Overall pleasantly pleased with our experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental trailer or truck

These guys ran this location like a pit crew. Usually it’s like pond water trying to get your stuff picked up in an out in record timing. Super nice guys 10 out of 10 would recommend again!

While personable, the owner came across as dishonest. He added back the insurance even though I opted out when making the reservation. When I called to complain later that day after receiving my e-mail receipt, he stated that it was my responsibility to decline it again and not his responsibility to tell me he added it back. He also claimed that he made no money on the insurance, but a quick Google AI search showed that not to be true as dealers do get commissions on rentals as well as on insurance. He said that he could call U-Haul to have it removed but it would take too long and I should handle it myself. When I did after the call, it was already taken off as he obviously took care of it after all.
