Redo the web process so that you can see where equipment is available. I selected another location and received no notice in writing that it was changed to this inconvenient location. I only received a phone call from "Larry", who was great, but I had no way of knowing it was a legitimate change from uhaul.

Drop off location didn't open until 10AM. Return of equipment was different location than return of other Uhaul equipment

Clean the building up it is filthy. Need more help. Hours are too short. Opening not until 10 am is too late. Used to be Uhaul would open before 8AM and not close till 8 pm. Banker hours are for banks.

Mr. Gibson was great but our truck was taken by another 24 hour customer, the replacement truck that was available had a nail in the tire. Our only option was a 26ft truck way too big and and cost us $50 in gas. Very frustrating

This wasn't the location I selected. I didn't know this was my location until I went to my preferred location and then they told me. When I finally got to this location. He was extremely rude. This is always what happened when using uhaul.
