Very clean trucks and friendly service

Leordany VMake sure to tell them to just fill the tank to full, otherwise, you will charge them no matter what! I replaced the gas that was used but was charged for two gallons after returning the van. Van had low tire light and low washer light come on when it was started. Also, an engine light was on. I did tell them in the office when I returned the vehicle, knowing that most people would not. I maybe should have just not said anything since I got charged extra for two measly gallons of gas, but I am not like that. Two gallons does not usually move the needle for the gas tank. I feel as if I was charged for that gas unjustly. That's just my opinion. Main gentleman in the office was very pleasant and very helpful originally though.

KANSAS KThe gentleman that assisted me was very nice and hands helpful!! He even assisted me by putting the two wheeler in the truck for me, because I have severe back issues. As for the truck… it was an older truck and was fine. I didn’t have any issues with it, but it did start running really rough at the end of the day.

Jed GI had an excellent experience returning my trailer at this U-Haul location. Even though the employee was finishing up with another customer when I arrived, he helped me promptly as soon as he was done. He clearly directed me where to drive so he could safely unhook the trailer himself, which made the return process quick and stress-free. He handled everything efficiently and professionally. After we were finished, he removed his work gloves and shook my hand, which I genuinely appreciated. The entire interaction was fast, courteous, and professional, and it left a very positive impression. This is exactly the level of service I expect and hope to see at U-Haul locations.

JEFF CWhen I picked up the vehicle it had 28,338 miles on it and your system had it as 28,238 miles. I went to upload photo on the app to change it and it wouldn’t allow me. Before driving off from the facility, I went into your office to point it out and you said it would be corrected. You obviously didn’t correct it and are full of shit. You now proceed to charge me $154 for mileage when I put 30 miles on the thing. How does 30 miles x $1.19 equal $154? Don’t ever rent a U Haul from this facility as they are liars and thief’s who will blatantly steal from you to try and earn a quick buck.

JOSHUA AI showed up the uhaul had 5/8tank or so and a as told it had 3/4 tank. I dropped of with 7/8 tank. I was charged for extra mileage. I didnt have enough miles for the move storage and return truck.

robert jWe picked up the truck Friday by mobile app and the brakes were grinding metal on metal. We had to wait for the facility to open the next day to get a new one and were then told we could have an extra day at no charge but they charged us anyway and I had to spend even more time calling to get that corrected. Horrible experience. Won’t rent from here again.
Andrew HThe owner was nice and friendly, but the truck was not cleaned when I picked it up. It had blood stained seats and spilled coffee all over the middle seat and console of seat. I had to request they come wipe the seat before I drove off. They only used a wet towel. I had to buy clorox wipes to clean the interior of the truck. Also, there was obliviously some type of mechanical issues with the truck. It would not accelerate above 55MPH. If I tried to push it to that, it would start shaking really bad. There were times that my foot be on the brake and it would continue to roll. Because of the acceleration issue, a trip that would have been 16-18hrs was stretched out to almost double.
