The map that is shown when I put in my zip code I believe was way off. While my experience in Perris was good I thought I chose another location and went there. That experience could have been better, not with the owner but with Uhaul, He told me that he cancelled my sign up with the Perris location and singed me up for a bigger truck with him. Then when I got in the truck and started it up it said I had 3 miles of gas left. It was less than that. It stalled and couple have easily drove into route 74 because I didn’t have any power with the brakes since it stalled. This apparently was due to a repair that Uhaul did to the truck and then didn’t put any gas in it. Maybe that is one the owner but he said you guys should have done it. He also never cancelled my other reservation. I dint know if I would have been charged? If not then I guess it was ok, but then the Perris location was still thinking that I was coming in so I think he should have cancelled it. As it ended up it worked out but I just wanted to share my experience so your company can continue to make positive changes that will help you grow!

I believe you can improve on, make it sure the location in Google for your address to different locations are actually accurate. I had an 8 o'clock appointment and I didn't get there until 8 o'clock, and also, when we called the number, it was very, there was no answering machine or nothing. Because the young lady was using her. I'm assuming her personal cellphone. You couldn't leave a message. There was no number on the website for that particular location. Yeah, I know it probably was not one of your major things. But if they're under your umbrella, I think they all should run the same way. I was actually 30 minutes late picking up my truck, and so at that point I felt like I had to rush, because they only allowed me 6 hours.

Google Maps mislocates the facility location to a nearby residential area. Very courteous and helpful associate provided directions by phone. Would recommend this U-haul location.

Osiel and his mother were so helpful! I was told exactly what parts for the hitch I needed and where I could get them. Also, Osiel made sure I received our Veteran's discount and connected the trailer and new parts for me. Great service!

I was very upset because first they changed the pickup location and then the offices were closed, and I spent an hour there trying to figure out how to access the haul website to check in and pick up the truck, very disappoint.

They told me to unhook the trailer and leave it where I was parked. I am 67 year old female and I don’t have that kind of strength anymore. But when I was starting to unhook the trailer a man that was with the lady I spoke to and he helped me lift the trailer off the ball.

The service received was amazing, helpful and friendly. There was a last minute complication within the location, boom problem resolved quick within alternative options at the same location. We were in and out of there like no time and successful trip :)

Address was not accurate and staff doesnt speak english. was incredibly difficult to find the location to drop and they had their signage covered. they knew of the problems and told me that some find the place and some dont. he doesnt know. would never buy uhaul again just to avoid this specific situation. it was ridiculous from start to finish
