The location is hidden and they could use more signage what the customer service was excellent.

Julian RAddress was not accurate and staff doesnt speak english. was incredibly difficult to find the location to drop and they had their signage covered. they knew of the problems and told me that some find the place and some dont. he doesnt know. would never buy uhaul again just to avoid this specific situation. it was ridiculous from start to finish
