In the heat, the locks were SO hot. YOU can't help that. I had to call for help regarding the lever to open because of the way the lock twisted forward so that wasn't easy but, overall, went smoothly...oh yeah, I ordered a pulley and it wasn't included. I'm grateful to Martin who did his best to help me!

I was not aware that this was a location that was not actually staffed. That is probably on me, but then when I realized, it was incredibly complicated to complete all the forms and verifications. Also, we requested a dolly that I believe we were charged for, and it was not there. This dolly would have made our move much easier.
