Dude didn't know shit about the software. Took 30 fuckin mins to figure out how to operate the computer shit, then when I got back after a 2 fuckin hour rental he took 30mins to go over the van with a fine tooth comb. It's a piece of s*** van that worked okay and did not need an inspection as if I had rented a f****** Rplls Royce. For bump, paycheck, the delivery and then the return of the van took longer than the entire f****** van rental

The van is rented had some definite mechanical issues. I would have returned it to get another one if another one was available. The retal experience overall was great, just the equipment was unsafe.

Gregg PU-Haul was supposed to provide an invoice however this was unavailable. For customers who require an invoice and receipt for business purposes this is not acceptable. The location I rented at did not have office capabilities to provide this - difficult for accountability.
