The oil light was on in the truck. A dolly was requested but was not in the truck or available at she location. The requested pickup and drop off location (Robinson IL) was changed to this one, almost to Indiana, much farther away from the location initially requested and I was charged for the mileage when I had to go way out of my way to pick up and drop off at this location. Not to mention the extra time taken away from moving day. Also to note, when I passed by the Robinson UHaul location there were trucks there. I do not think the person from UHaul that called me to let me know the truck would only be available to pick up in a much farther away location was familiar enough with that area to make that decision for me. In all, it made for a more expensive and longer day than anticipated. I will give a second thought to using UHaul in the future.
Joanna CMisty was great. She knew what to do. It was a True Value hardware store. The guy's really relied in her to process the transaction.
