Very frustrating location. I pick up U-Haul trailers a lot and this is probably the hardest experience. I’ve had trying to pick up a trailer at this location. Where the trailers are parked is not shovelled or plowed from the snow trailer was frozen to the ground as there’s no block underneath it. Online check-in with the app never works, which isn’t the location‘s fault but the location didn’t answer any of my phone calls. I wasn’t able to leave a message and nobody came to the door after knocking multiple times nobody from U-Haul answered either. You hold themselves gave me wrong information and this caused a whole issue and it was a very frustrating experience. Same thing dropping off the trailer. Online app doesn’t work, nobody at this location, answers the phone, and no one answers the door. Was finally able to get somebody to text back-and-forth with me after I dropped off the trailer. Thankfully, had the trailer for what I needed to get done but very frustrating and poor customer service.
