The lady helping me was very nice but what a pain in the butt. I was there for over and hour because the online person that changed my drop off location made my reservation almost a $1000 when it should have been about $600! All the numbers were wrong and things I had included were not there and now way more money etc. Took forever for the lady to figure it out. All I got for this was 2 extra days. When you make a reservation online it should be very fast to pick up your truck. Truck was not swept out and a mess as well! then I get charged another $11 for miles when I dropped it off.
