The staff at this location are extremely friendly and professional. They always seem the have the equipment I need when using U Haul. The only suggestion I would make to the really look over the tires on the trailer that you are renting. Make sure they are up to par with no visible issues. I think sometimes issues get pass the employee doing the trailer hook up as we all are human. Hopefully the location will provide some compensation for this in my case.

The only problem was the L brake light/turn signal did not work on the trailer. The techs said they had been told by u-haul that it was caused by rusty ball and would work after driving for a few minutes. It never did work, which was a hazard in heavy houston traffic. Otherwise, the folks at the office were nice and the trailer was older but ok. Tires were new and brakes worked well.
