john mThere were dolleys in the store although I ordered two ahead of time. I couldn’t find any dolleys anywhere else and had to move without a dolley which was extremely difficult. Am disappointed with uhaul not reserving dolleys for customers. I dont agree that it should remain dependent on availability

JOSHUA QThe check in process was a bit difficult. The app didn’t work so I had use the website. The lock was hard open. Other than that, the rest of the self check-in process was good and the truck was set up very well.
