When I went to get my trailer it was pouring down rain and the guys at the rental location brought the trailer out to my truck and hooked it up for me. I returned it a little after hours and the guys were still there and helped me unhook it. Very good customer service!
Tommy WThe nylon tie down belts were frayed at the end and therefor hard to get into the ratchet slot. UHaul problem, not this location.
