HYPATIA LThe only problem was the L brake light/turn signal did not work on the trailer. The techs said they had been told by u-haul that it was caused by rusty ball and would work after driving for a few minutes. It never did work, which was a hazard in heavy houston traffic. Otherwise, the folks at the office were nice and the trailer was older but ok. Tires were new and brakes worked well.

DONALD PThe store was fine but the reservation system and overall process is atrocious. The reservation and confirmation i got 2 weeks prior was completely worthless. I got called 2 days before my move and told they didn’t have a truck for me and tried to change my vehicle. They then changed my location 3 times in 2 days. Overall horrible system and terrible customer service. I won’t use U-Hail again.
