I did reservation for 10' truck Days before the pickup day. But when I came to the location to pick it up, 10' truck was not available but the 15' truck was there available to pick it up . I said I don't mind to get the 15' because I have to do my moving today otherwise I will lost all my arrangements ( people coming to help me , the building's left reservation.. and so on) The guy Ammar over the phone , decided to cancel my reservation and make new reservation for 15' truck with higher price, instead of give me the 15' truck with the same price.

The person who we spoke with to pick up the truck was a woman working in a little store. She spoke with her son on the phone in a non-English language. We had no direct contact with him. This unidentified woman was told by her son to take a photo of my licence. This was not comfortable in this age of identity theft. We were not give the licence plate to know which truck to pick up. The pick up location was an apt complex parking lot. When I returned the truck, I asked the woman to delete the photo of my licence. The whole experience was poorly managed and I would definitely not recommend this location to another.

The location needs signage ( u-hall sign) the self check in and out 24/7 needs to improve with maybe a email with prompts sent the day before, the staff were friendly and helpful however.....just improve uhall self serve.
