Bernard AThe owner told me the engine light was on, but it was because it was not reset. The truck had a very serious exhaust leak that became overwhelming after 30 minutes of driving. I called the owner and he acted like it was not a big deal. The smell of the exhaust made me sick, and I had a headache until the next day. I will never do business with them again. When did U-Haul stop caring ?

Victor FAwful experience overall, after talking to a customer service rep we were supposed to receive a call from management in 2-5 days... It's been 3 weeks. Same phone call the agent told me that our rental was extended, but uhaul auto charged me for an additional day.

Alan OThe 6x12 enclosed trailer did not have an attached Liftjack. There is 100 lbs + of tongue weight, it’s a clear safety issue that needs to be addressed. Very displeased with having to strain myself to remove trailer from my truck

Gurpreet STruck ran awful. It is in need of some maintenance. It was not firing on all cylinders, which caused it to use more fuel than it should have. It got the job done, but barely and used more fuel than it should have.

Bhalla SEverything was great except the truck itself. The facility is nice and the owner is very easy to work with. The right turn signal was not working which made changing lanes in Atlanta traffic very difficult. There was a leak in the attic portion. The front tires were severely out of balance and beat you to death at highway speeds. On the way back, the engine started skipping and I had to hold it at full throttle to keep it close to the speed limit.

Gurpreet SWe were supposed to have a utility dolly with our truck, and when we arrived, it wasn't in the truck. We did a mobile pick up, and the office was closed. We had to drive to another location to get a dolly, which ended up delaying the start of our moving process by at least an hour.
