I didn't receive instructions to look in the back of the truck for the key so it took a few minutes before I checked that. Was on hold trying to get help for 10 minutes before I looked in the back. Also trying to get out of the security gate was almost an issue but luckily I remembered the gate code as I couldn't get it back on the app on my phone. An email with those details would have been a lot easier.
