My experience with this location was great. The issue I did have was that when my reservation was moved from one location to another they did not insure that the packing blankets and furniture dolly were available so that was disappointing.

Battery would not crank and required jump start twice during the day. Several times it did crank but was slow at first. Fortunately had a jump start battery in hand and the convenience terminal at rear of right step made it easy. Otherwise truck was as expected. Clean, functional, safe, efficient.
David BBe straight with your customers in regards to what is actually guaranteed when reserving a truck! I am still shocked in how U-Haul deceived me.
