Truck was Dirty and they charged My Card For late Drop off and it was not true I Call for clarity and once She Answered she was still sleeping So unprofessional

There was not only no on the street parking for the U-Haul but the only “designated” area was flooded and sunken in we eventually gave up and just left the yall where we could and put the key away ! Jose Mthe location was great. the reservation system before that was awful. Totally a mess and had us go to 3 different sites.
alison kI was going to be a few hours late than expected , when I noticed the person on-site she had no information about any fees or rates that I might incur . I then asked her to have a manger call me, I never received a call back. Next thing I have a charge come on my card. When I called back I asked for the the reason for the charge if it could be explained to me. The person could not give me a response, I then asked for the mangers number . When I spoke to “Mr Berry” he stated I was charged another rental fee, when I asked them what does that mean he said I was charged as if I rented the truck for a second time, I told him I would only be a few hours late he then said ok bring it in and we will work it out. When I dropped it off and called him he said the charge would stay on my card and it was charged for another rental day, I said had I known I was charged for another rental i would have kept the truck longer as I had rushed to bring back, he said “ we’ll good thing I didn’t let you know when we spoke”. I understand the person onsite not having all the information but for a manger to handle a customer I frankly found very offensive and crass. I will in no time soon bring my business to Uhaul anytime soon.
Mario PMy contract was transferred to this location without prior notification. I was originally at 6701 S Western and learned my reservation was canceled while I was at the desk. It was hot as hell at 5800-06 S Western with no AC working and no fans to accommodate customer service. Get it together for hot summer days.
LANIYA BI couldn’t get the truck for an extra day due to her renting it to somebody else when any other haul allows you to do that, and she wanted to charge me. $20 and an additional 50 that’s not stated in the contract and the worst of all is I got into issues with the police because the truck was reported stolen since 2019
