The location was closed when my pick up time was scheduled for. I scheduled for 5 pm at a different location and was moved to this place. Online said they close at 6 but it was actually 5. So I had to call a number and she came back to open. She said she left the keys in the truck but they weren’t. They were in the lock box. She never went over the gas level or condition of the truck. The gas was at 5/8 when I picked it up. I put 40$ of gas to bring it to 3/4 and then the woman at the drop off location says they will charge me another 40$ for gas. That’s unacceptable being it wasn’t full to begin with. I left it with more.

Sergio SOffice was not open at scheduled time. Person was 30 minutes late and then could not get the computer system to work properly to get vehicle. This put us over an hour behind and could not get work completed in our time frame that was needed.
