Pickup location was changed night before. No assistance was given to hook up trailer. No one came out to even look at trailer which was parked on wasteland behind strip mall. No questions were asked about whether or not I even had correct trailer hitch lights did not have connection cable to plug into truck. Had to buy connector and then lights did not work on trailer. Confirmed lights did not work at drop off point. Original reservation included a dolly which was not on the trailer and agent did not have one to supply me with. Will not use U Haul again

Sonia BOrdered a truck 4 days in advance. I got to location and told my truck was not assigned to me. Then drove 30 min somewhere else to pick up another truck and they were closed. Waited there for 30 min someone finally showed up . I finally got my truck 5 hours after I original time I had scheduled!! Not a good experience 😕

Dusnay RNot the vendor's fault-rented a truck in Ft Myers only to find out I had to drive over 30 miles away to p/u. U-Haul needs to work on positioning to meet their commitments or risk loss of revenue. I will NOT rent from you again!
STEVEN LThe rental experience was great, but I did not like that they charged me the safe move charge of $15. I had not requested the safe move. I filled out all the paperwork online and entered my credit card information just for that purpose alone to ensure they did not try to charge me for that. Still, when I went into the facility to pick up the truck, they entered everything again and charged me for the safe move charge of $15. I did not waste my time calling them because they needed it more than I did.
ELIZABETH Athe person working there could said he could not help me with the truck turn in and that I had to do it online. There should have been someone there that could check the truck in instead of me having to do it. Next time I rent a truck it will not be uhaul if this is considered good customer service. This is the same reason I do not use self check out in stores. Uhaul is not paying me to check in trucks so I should not have to.
