I was pleased with the service but they didn’t have a furniture dolly and wasn’t told until I picked the truck up. He did remove it from my bill, and called the Ft Myers location on colonial. That location had one available and told me to come by to pick it up so I did. The wait time there was over 20 minutes and then the lady that we spoke with was very rude, and on top of that even though I had to go out my way to pick this dolly up, she was trying to charge me even though I was told I wouldn’t be charged. I was going to pay for it then she wouldn’t even use my account to process my payment because she didn’t use the same contract!! I left and will NOT use that location again! The people there are very rude, slow and don’t have no care in the world when it comes to customer service.
