My first reservation was with Marathon in Lake placid. What a nightmare. The people there had no idea what they were doing. I drove an hour there with a reservation, and they could not complete the transaction because they had no idea what they were doing so I had to drive two hours in the opposite direction to Lehigh to finally get a trailer. It was a terrible experience with a marathon terrible..

Trucks are located in random back lot, you have to 'find' your truck by #. Area was sketchy
