This location is a gas station. When I got there, there was only one person working and could not help me drop off the dolly and I was having trouble with the wheel straps. I was told to just drop it off anywhere. I asked for a receipt that I dropped it off and was told to go online as they had no computer to do it with. At the time I had no way to access the internet. Not everyone has cell phones. I was not about do drop off the unit without some proof I did so. The cashier was not very friendly but called another drop off point asking how I could get proof of drop off. So I dropped off the dolly at the gas station and then had to drive to another location where they had a computer to finalize the rental. That location was also a gas station with one person working and had to wait quite a while to get my final paperwork. Not real happy with Uhaul. They have lots of places to drop off a rental but what good are they if there is no one there to help you. Next time I will look into different company for a rental.

There was nothing wrong with the location, however everything is done electronically using the app which is very annoying if you dont have a smart phone. What should have been a quick checkout and return process turned into a looming drawn out event of phone calls trying to get the app to work. I miss dealing with people, stayed on hold with customer service for 40 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I will not use u-haul again if I have to use an app to reserve, rent and return. The app sucks especially if you dont know how to turn on your location settings on a smart phone.
