The prices are kind of high for the average people who use your service. It woud be great and woul be helpful if it were more reasonable. Other than that, the people at U-haul were great and hellped me out. Thanks!!

Trailer ramp was up when I rented trailer- Last renter obviously knew about it because ramp would not close without severe effort- it had been damaged. But EVERYONE was very helpful and it did not effect our move one bit except for some extra phone calls—-In all U-Haul was very professional and it was a pleasure doing rentals with them. I recommend them!

I was having a really tough day because I had the uhaul truck 2 days and wasn't able to get anything moved due to all the restrictions that are in place now due to the virus. As soon as i pulled in the parking lot the lady that worked there was at the door of the truck telling me to get out of the truck and to get my stuff. Just very rude.

Next time you tell a customer a specific location to pick up a specific truck, you/ your computers should make sure it is there. I was not impressed with having to track down another truck at another location. Very time consuming and frustrating especially when I was on a very tight schedule.

U-Haul's computer system was down, it took over an hour to get the truck. After several calls they were given an alternate program to do the paperwork. It would've been nice if U- Haul has given that info when they knew their site was down. Not wait until someone called looking for help.

Online check in website froze permanently after taking my payment information and on the page where photos of the existing damage to the vehicle should appear. I already had the keys and you had my CC information, so I shut the computer down and took the truck. Had to get moving!

I dropped the trailer off when this business was closed so I can't comment about anything.

Trailer was fine, but blankets we got were dirty, had mud and dead leaves on them. We used them but had to shake them out and still had trash on our furniture that had transferred from dirty blankets. They were neatly folded and in bags so we expected them to be clean blankets as I'm sure the location did as well.

work on a mile packages. If you drive over a certain amount you get some of the price of the bill. this may be something you already offer but i drove less than 200 miles

This is the best u haul dealer I have been to. The two ladies in the office made me feel very comfortable and let me know that I was important to them for using their business. The man who put the car hauler on my truck showed me how to do everything I needed to get the car on and off the trailer. He was great at his job. I highly recommend this uhaul business. Very friendly people.

I wasn't able to drive the uhaul truck all the way to drop off and apparently there was a brown paper bag that was in passenger side floor I couldn't reach to get out, so the lady said she was going to have to charge a cleaning fee, then there was a dispute about the fuel amount It only had 1/2 tank when I picked it up and she told me the computer doesn't lie and charged me 84.00 extra because I returned it at just over 1/2 tank. I felt like I was being railroaded because I am in a wheelchair. And the lady was rude and disrespectful

It's hard to improve on near perfection. I will use Lender's as often as possible when needing a truck or trailer. They take care of the U-Haul equipment as well as their customers. This rental makes the second one in 3 months that I'd gotten from Lender's, and had wonderful experiences both times. I'd not change a thing about how they do business!!

The people at Lender's were wonderful. I will use them again without hesitation. They renewed my belief in customer service. This experience was 1,000 times better than my last experience with a U-Haul carrier, and the equipment was up to the standards I have come to expect from U-Haul because the people care enough to check out the rentals that come in to them, unlike the last place I attempted to rent a box trailer.

I left a voice message letting them know about the discrepancy of the actual fuel in the tank compared to the contract and the contact number of the pickup point so they could verify the gauge was really 1/4 instead of 1/2 as indicated on the contract. They ignored the message and charged my credit card $31.57 for the difference of 3/8 full (what I returned) and 1/2 full what the contract read. I stopped by later in the day and found out they ignored the voice mail. It was only at that time they processed a credit for $31.57. Had I not physically stopped at Lender Services to verify they didn't charge me for the fuel I would have been fighting this out with U-Haul at a much later date and by then the pick-up point would have not remembered the contract and actual fuel in the truck were different. The drop off point failed to contact the pickup point to verify there was a discrepancy between the actual fuel and the contract .They just didn't care to do the right thing for the customer.

The ONLY thing I can suggest would be to allow drop off locations be BOTH U-Haul locations in our town. We had to drive 10 miles to the location when we have another location on "our side" of town as well, which is LITERALLY 1/4 mile from our home. Gentleman by the name Aaron Cope (I think that is his last name) was absolutely AMAZING!!! FANTASTIC PERSON and EXCEPTIONAL customer service...In the end, I am glad we wound up having to drive the extra 20 miles (10 there & back) simply because of this man named Aaron...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I dropped off the vehicle after hours so I have no way of knowing anything about the location or the personnel. It was a convenient drop off location with easy access and plenty of parking.
