Better pick up process, it was absolutely horrible! Then the pics we took didn't upload to app that it makes you take and the gas was different than what they had so when we returned it with the gas that was in it they charged us saying it wasn't right. We will probably never use this service again!

The lady that answered the phone to help me out was extremely helpful and very nice and pleasant. If all of the U-Haul employees were as courteous And accommodating as her, (I think her name was Sherry),I would definitely recommend U-Haul. However, trying to use the app to check out was extremely frustrating and I spent over an hour just trying to get in touch with someone to get everything straightened out…

AARON SHave the truck I reserved a week in advance - I reserved a 15’ truck, only to be told the evening before that ONLY a 26’ truck was available… Maneuvering a truck that large to the places I needed to get to was impossible and I had to make alternate arrangements of where to store my furniture… You created a lot more work for me due to your failure to have what I reserved…
