ASHFAQ ANot a good location and very understaffed with little supplies or equipment. Acted as a secondary business that was an imposition to them.

john aWorst customer service, I would not recommend this location. They want to fix cars, selling U-hauls seemed very difficult for them. They were rude, they made a mistake we had to go back and have it fixed they argued with me about that just the worst attitudes.

Jana WIt's not their fault but the location is on a busy corner and access is a bit tricky, otherwise I would rate the place as excellent. They had a nice clean restroom and the staff were totally fabulous as I had a 15' truck and was towing my personal car and they helped me with getting the tow off the truck. I would use them again for sure.
ANN SLet’s talk about U-Haul itself. You moved my pick up location to Leonard tire because the original location didn’t have a 6x12. I was told by U-Haul Leonard tire would have all the hitch equipment I needed. They did not. I went to the original location to buy the equipment and they had 2 6x12 trailers. I was scheduled to drop off my trailer on Sunday 2/9/26. Leonard tire is closed on Sundays. While loading the trailer the trailer door broke in the open position. Repair showed up a little over an hour later and took about 45 minutes to fix. We then kept the door until we were fully packed. “Just in case”. At this point I called to complain about all that had gone and I got a basic I don’t care response. We drive back home arriving home about 8:30 pm Saturday and guess what the door stuck open again and we could not get it down. So in the dark we had to unload The entire trailer because we couldn’t leave it in the driveway open. We returned the trailer Sunday 2/9/25 and took pictures. No contact from anybody closing out the rental except this survey. You’re more concerned about the vender than about U-Haul itself Classy
raymond hHow can you rate service when Noone is there! I selected a facility that was supose to be open on Saturday, but he called to inform me he wouldn't be open and I would have to do a self service pickup! And then the price went up $200.
cheryl wThe online experience needs work. I gave up on sending initial photos, etc. my device was very well connected which puts the upload issues squarely on the u-haul sight/app.

GUNTHER Mi dropped off on saturday and they initially told me that my truck was not there. After much stress, was finally told it had been found. I was charged before they let me know that.

Andres SI would be more transparent about the additional fees. I was not informed of them before I rented vehicle. I was surprised to see additional fees on my receipt. This will make me use Home Depot’s rental services in the future because they are upfront about the total cost at the time of rental.

Patty TBetter explanation of the insurance. When I understood that "ANY TIRE REPAIR" would not be covered on the trailer I rented, I wished I had taken the insurance. $30 vs the cost of a new tire plus the hassle of paying someone to come out and do the deed. My insurance company said I was covered to other problems, but not the tire problems.

SHANNAN RI received the best friendly and Curtis experience. The only problem was the truck I was supposed to get they couldn't find the keys to it. But I was able to get alternate vehicle that worked for my needs. Over all was an easy nice experience. Would definitely recommend this business to others.
Denise SBrand New Truck. Drove very nicely and towed a large trailer with no trouble. Speed 55 is the most fuel efficient but on roads where the limit is 75 and truck do 80, it is hard to stay between the lines.... Have a coffee before leaving.
JOHN GAlthough these vehicles are used by multiple people for various purposes, they still should be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly to avoid other catching influenza or any other contagious illness. The vehicle was not clean. Otherwise, it served it's purpose and the staff were polite and accommodating.
David BOnly thing I had some trouble with was my return. It has nothing at all to do with the location. The uhaul rental site i checked for an actual customer service check in versus self pickup through the phone. The locations actually closed on the weekends. The gentlement came in to get me the paperwork and the truck which was great, but the uhaul site should have filtered out that the business wasnt open. When i clicked on other locations and wanted to check out with am actual person it told me to look for a different location because they were closed. I just felt bad the employee came in on a dsy off but i am so thankful he did and i was able to get the truck because i would have been really upset if id reserved it and than it be closed and me not able to get it. The other thing again not the businesses issue is with them being closed I won't get my final bill until they are open and can inspect the truck and confirm mileage, gas, and cleanliness. Thats not the end of the world but I'm not a patient person. The business and owner were amazing and helpful and he was quick and had me on my way asap.

Despite the notations on file by corporate, the manager approved the rental knowing there was no cause for concern with his staff. Thank you Leonard Tire team... your professionalism is appreciated and not commonly displayed in the valley.

drake sThe gas at pickup was just below half a tank. When I returned the truck with that much gas, I was charged $16 dollars to top it off. It was obviously checked in with less than half a tank and no one caught it at checkin from the last rental. I tried to reason with the check in person, but he didn’t do anything to fix the situation.
