We were told that when we came back to check in the vehicle that it would be a self check-in and to just use the same link that we were sent when we did the inspection. A few hours later when we returned the U-Haul to the location, the link had expired and we were very hesitant to know what to do. We decided to just leave the keys in the dropbox and use the cameras to verify when we brought the unit back. I then called the corporation to make sure someone knew what it happened. The person I spoke to was very nice and reassuring. But I didn’t like the fact that what we were told to do didn’t work when we returned the unit.

Fanceta WFix the littler things like sun visors (screws loose, barely functional) tire pressure (left front light came on), brakes (didn't do well in the heavy rain).
Dave OWhen I dropped off was told that I didn't have to wait. With in 5 minutes of dropping off was charged a cleaning fee that I feel should not have been charged . The only other overall issue is I returned the equipment 3 days early and feel I should be reimbursed a portion of the rental fee since the equipment was need in the area I dropped off in
