China SSeems that the pickup location changed from the initial booking?
Hy TThis wasn’t my requested location for pick up. I had to drive 1 hr round trip to get the rental. Uhaul had plenty of time to move the equipment I rented to the location I requested. I spoke with a “supervisor” about this and she seemed somewhat rude and lacked supervisory customer service skills.
