How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe had originally reserved the truck at the Eubank/Comanche locations, when we arrived we were sent to a different location. It would have been nice to have been notified of the change.
Rosina BVery clean, very professional. Excellent customer service.
Diane TWhen I had to switch locations due to there credit vs debit policy they were very helpful and patient even as I took several minutes to try and work out the financials on my end. When I arrived at this location they were quick and very friendly. Thank you guys for making my first rental experience a good one.
Clyde SWalk into a clean, neat and orderly office and the Greeter has a big smile. Excellent PR. The truck was low mileage and drove wonderfully.
