When I dropped off was told that I didn't have to wait. With in 5 minutes of dropping off was charged a cleaning fee that I feel should not have been charged . The only other overall issue is I returned the equipment 3 days early and feel I should be reimbursed a portion of the rental fee since the equipment was need in the area I dropped off in

Great customer service. Friendly and professional
Kirk MMatt was courteous and cheerful. Overall relatively quick experience.
Bernard OLeonard tire was great. But we had rented with a different location, the service was down so it took 45 minutes to secure the uhaul, but then the owner couldn’t find the keys. They then transferred our contract to Leanne’s tire and told us to go there - when asked who we should talk to there they said “they will know what you are doing”. We arrived to the location and the were closed. When we knocked on the door they answered and had no idea what we were talking about. Lenard tire called dispatch while I called the first uhaul location. When I was talking from the original location and I told him we arrived and they have no idea wha we are talking about he said “oh. Uhaul didn’t call you? I’m on my way to get a new key made…”. But Lenard tire was able to move the contract to their location and after another 30 minutes of fighting an incredibly slow system, we were able to get our uhaul. But because the location was further away from our moving destination we were charged an extra 10 dollars in mileage. Lenard tires went above and beyond to support our efforts but the whole process was awful…
