I messed up a few things on my end but the 2 shops I went to were both really nice and patient with me. The truck was a bit dirty inside (food crumbs and dirt) and the minimum estimated milage for the deposit should not be so high (was told it was 50 miles but they did 20 for me, which was still twice what I needed).Jenifer R.

The check out process takes more time than necessary at the pick up location. The headshot and drivers license photos could have been allowed to be done prior to the location check in (but the website doesn't allow you to proceed until they ping you at the site). I understand it's probably to help prevent fraud, but someone can easily work around that if they don't intend to personally rent the vehicle themselves. Also, it would be helpful if UHaul mentioned a note that they would actually be calling the contact person â€œliveâ€ before the pick up was released. My family members didn't pick up since the call came through â€œPotential Spamâ€, and we had no idea live calls were happening. At least mention this beforehand, so one can give their contact person notice to actually pick up the phone. All in all, these processes made virtual pick up clunky and added an extra 30 mins (an inconvenience), when that was not necessary. Please consider these suggestions on your virtual pick up option. The uhaul app is not user friendly, tried many times to go through prompts with litte to no response, it would take some of the photos I uploaded through, I ended up logging into the website to finish transactionJesse C.

The process was easy. I reserved a trailer, showed up at the arranged time, did the paper work, backed up my truck as guided. A technician hooked it up checked the lights and I was on my way. The trailer pulled fine, I got 18 MPG while towing, loaded, 2400 miles. Easy to drop off.Alexander S.

The person I dealt with at this location was not very friendly or helpful. I felt like I was bothering both during pickup and drop off. Unfortunately I was referred to this location by the UHaul Dealer at Indian School and Eubank because they no longer carry The 10 foot truck. I won't use this location in the future.Patricia H.

Inform the customer that you can only use a credit card. I also returned the rental a day early & I was not advised to go to uhaul. Com & check the rental in. Then I had to call the regional uhaul office to ensure that I was refunded the extra day charge after talking to three different uhaul representatives & the guy at Leonard tire. Crystal was the manager at the regional office & I can only wish that I spoke with her in the first place. She was pleasant & professional & it's because of her I will rent from uhaul in the future.Alexander P.

The app failed on both pickup and delivery. It went through the entire process both times and failed to finish. It had me take several photos both times but when i went to finish it had a problem with the server. Luckily there was someone there at pickup. I returned the truck the same day at about 4:00pm and there was no one there to help. I called the numbers listed but they were useless. The people at the location were great but the app or server was useless.Albert T.

I went online to request a 15ft truck and furniture dolly. Low and behold, no furniture dolly was provided. Online check in was marginal at best. I would not recommend on line check in. Why did I have to provide 2 alternate contacts? They wanted too many pictures!Steven C.

While trying to return the uhaul your site kept crashing tried 8times before just leaving uhaul on your lotAlicia fr F.
I used my phone to reserve, but was unaware of the exceedingly long 'verification' process that could have been started long before I went to pick up the truck. Why are those questions not asked with all the other reservation questions? I had to stand outside for twenty minutes while my agent told me my alternate contact had not answered, despite her answering three separate calls (and getting hung up on) while standing next to me. I wasn't aware I may need a copy of my new lease or my passport to pick up the truck-- I thought that's what all the questions were for when I made the reservation. I recommend streamlining that process or at least adding the long verification step to the instructions on how to pick up your truck.Katrina H.
