I don’t feel the drop off without a live person is good for the customer. I tried to drop the truck at a center with personnel. They told me I was not allowed to use this facility. The markings on Leons Locksmith were not visible at first pass. When I used the online app for check out the submitted pictures went to U-Haul but they didn’t show up on my phone. I had to take another set for my records.

No dolly and recieved info late. So I didn't know it was a 24/7 vehicle and had to fill out all the info and sit and wait to get verified.

The online checkin system was fairly straightforward, however the photo upload was slow. It took two minutes for each photo to upload.
