It was way out of my way to go get but had no choice. I booked one only 7 miles from my home then the day before I get a call saying I had to pick it up 30 miles away. Wasn’t happy about that.

Continue the service in LeRoy Illinois. The rates are reasonable and having the option to rent something you do not have to store and not use to it’s potential really fits the rental option.

They not only accepted the trailer, the owner helped me find a storage place and called them to set it up for me. Then he offered two of his workers to help me unload. Excellent above and beyond service. Such nice people!

Staff could be a little frieldlyier and the equipment wasn't on pavement so the area was a little muddy day of pickup.

Was told it was 29.95 per day plus $1 a mile. Told me it was on a half tank when i picked it up. It was in between a half and a quarter. Charged me $65 for an 1/8th tank of gas. I went less than 30 miles and my total was $144. Ill never use uhaul again

My only complaint is that there wasn't any UHaul signage outside, letting me know that this was where I needed to be. The guys were very polite and helpful inside.

It would depend on where they live - I had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the truck when there are U-Haul places closer.

I request a Decatur, IL pick-up. I had to drive an hour away to get my truck. Adding fuel expesnse and time. I paid for rental 45 days in advacne and I can't get a truck from the location I requested. Bad Businesses Practices.

retailer lied about the gas. they put on paper work that gas was 3/4 full when it was in fact 1/2 full that's the way i returned it and i was never told about leak in back of truck so all my stuff got wet. they were not ready for me and didn't really now how to book me in uhall computer

Didn't get the size truck reserved. Was upgraded to a larger truck. Larger than what I needed. Had to re-adjust what I packed inside. Took more gas than I wanted to spend to replenish. Made do with what was presented.
