I thought I was renting a auto hauler not a tow hauler had to buy straps to tow my daughter car from Iowa to Arizona not a expense I was expecting the place I picked it up from the guy was friendly and helpful

Limited rentals he just took over buisness but was very helpful said he could get what we needed. Very good location But not well advertized from road. But again new buisness bathrooms were very clean. He does car tepays so i am sure trucks will be very well maintained. The app was hard to use kept freezing I have rented from your company many times and this seems to be a recurring thing

Kerri MU-Haul wants you to click a link sent to you and upload a photo of the equipment when you pick it up. The problem with that is the system doesn’t work and tells you it’s uploading a picture that you may or may not have taken and never shows it’s uploaded. It was very cold the day I picked it up and I’m not standing out in the cold for this to maybe work. I feel this feature was very poor.
