I felt like I was inconveniencing them by not hooking up myself. I am used to equipment getting checked and guy said he didn’t have to check lights but was going to. Left light was faulty and he jiggled it and it alerted me to faulty left light as soon as I left parking lot. We had little time to pack before leaving so I risked it as I did not think the guy would fix it. I messed with it a little and it worked for a very short time (10-20 min)

The location was 18 miles away from my home and the was 3 big locations in Springfield, one being less than 2 miles from me! The truck was the only one he had on his lot. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was clean. It was very inconvenient having to go all the way there when so many places in Springfield! I know that it was not their fault!

Sumera MThis is location was great! I do have an issue with U-Haul corporate. I ordered a 26 ft truck, auto transport and a utility trailer and they wanted me to pick up a 2 different locations when I could have all picked them up at one!
