IT was a very weird location... In a vape shop? I was told IT opened AT 8am but IT was 9am. They only had the truck no trailer... I had to drive 40 mins to go get the trailer which was a HUGE waste of my Time since I was moving 4 hours away. AND to add to my problems after asking SEVERAL time if someone would be able to help me load my truck on the trailer since IT would be my first time, got told yes every time then when I arrived there wasnt anyone to help me... Very bad expérience. I almost canceled everything but had no choise to go ahead.

DEVINDER SI reserved online. Nowhere said they going to charge me 20$ when I return the truck in closing hours. Even in online reservation it said 50$ is the price but there it was 60$ So I thought I would pay 50$ but finally I paid 80$ You the price can be varied compared to online reservation but 30$?? 30$ is 60% increase!!!

Getro DIl y a eu une erreur pour le retour du camion.` À Trois-Rivières, on a inscrit le retour du camion à St-Liboire plutôt qu'à Drummondville au 350 rue Hériot. Ca nous a occasionné bien des soucis, rejoindre quelqu'un par téléphone a été très difficile, ce qui a fait en sorte que nous avons passé 3 heures à tenter de résoudre le problème !!!

Hannecy LNous avons réservé plusieurs mois à l’avance un diable pour électroménagers avec notre camion. Cependant , ce n’est que le soir avant le déménagement que la compagnie m’a texté pour m’annoncer qu’il n’en avait pas de disponible. J’ai dû trouver le matin même de mon déménagement une compagnie qui en louait et j’ai été chanceuse puisque j’ai eu le dernier !

Instead received a phone call the following day that we still hadn’t returned the vehicle 17 hours later. Look outside, truck is there!

Pierre SJe recommande pour une utilisation vitte faite ou un gros gros déménagement sans bras. Allez chercher de qupi de gros loin car le gaz coute pas cher. Si non, un dememageur revient moin cher pour un demenagement avec bras. J'ai aimer le service surtout de derniere minute. Les jeune sont gentil, mais un a lautre ils disent ne pas sy connaitre et effectivement, ils ne disent pas la même chose. -de 8h/ 100 km/ 40$ de gaz Oui je recommande

Francois DWe rented a truck and it was equipped with all-season tires. It was extremely dangerous to drive on the road, and we got stuck on a tiny incline. The tires were so frozen that it was impossible to get free, even with sandbags and traction bars. We had to be towed to the top of a small hill; otherwise, it would have been impossible to get there. It is criminal to offer vehicles with such inadequate tires in the winter conditions of Quebec. With real winter tires, none of this would have happened.

Serge LIl serait vraiment vraiment plus simple pour nous et tous que le réservoir d'essence soit prérempli jusqu'à déclenchement lors du remplissage. De cette façon on serait certain de remettre la bonne quantité d'essence. Merci de votre attention!
